Rebecca
Freeman-Field is adjunct professor in the Graduate School
of Education at the University of Pennsylvania. She advises
teachers and administrators in the U.S. and internationally
on English as a second language and bilingual programs,
language policy, program development, implementation, and
evaluation, instruction, and assessment. She has conducted
extensive ethnographic research in multilingual schools
and communities and is the author of Bilingual Education
and Social Change and Building on Community Bilingualism.
She is a co-editor (with Else Hamayan) of English Language
Learners at School: A Guide for Administrators. |
